Whatever level of service you require for your virtual tour you can be sure of TWO things; the end result will be a first class addition to your business marketing (online or offline) and the experience will be simple and straightforward from start to finish.
Outline of the Process
Initial Planning
Regardless of how large or small your virtual tour project is the initial planning stages can almost always be completed via email and phone. However if you prefer we can send a representative to your premises to discuss your requirements.
As part of the planning stage we will produce a full project outline for your approval prior to commencement. Your project outline will include the following:
Once you have approved the project outline we will book your photo shoot
date(s).
Photo Shoot(s)
Our photographer will arrive at the agreed date & time at your premises. As we have an approved project outline to work with we are normally able to begin immediately. Although we will accommodate any changes to plan if necessary; for instance if the weather is bad, outside shots can be rescheduled.
Each image will take between 10 and 30 minutes to shoot; we typically shoot several images from different spots in the room in order to get the best final result.

We will arrive at your premises on time.
We will cause as little disruption as possible to your normal business activities.
We will provide you with completed tour/s for approval by an agreed date

Your commitment to us
You will allocate time and staff to ensure things go smoothly on the day
of the shoot.
You will ensure that rooms are prepared as specified in the project outline.
Final Production
We will provide you with a completed set of images for approval and/or final
selection by the agreed date.
Should changes be required such as hot spot text, start position for the tour we will carry them out as quickly as possible – always aware of the final project deadline as provided in the project outline.
Once you have selected and approved your final images we will provide them in the agreed output format. This can either by providing all the necessary code for your web team to incorporate them in to your website, we incorporate them into your website, or images can be provided on CD.
